Tyler Toby is the Vice President of Business Development at Icube Consulting Service Inc. with over 15 years experience in Enterprise Business Development, specializing in online business development, technology sales, partnership development, product development and marketing strategies.

Significant Accomplishments in Enterprise Business Development

As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales for America’s Job Exchange, a leading online diversity career portal, Tyler managed the enterprise sales team, advertising sales and reseller sales. Tyler developed the advertising model for the site and brought in the 1st anchor advertisers. He

 also developed the reseller channel by signing 20+ national sales partners, increasing partner sales by 500%. He managed a team of seasoned new business and account management sales professionals. He was awarded the MVP Award for 2010. Through leadership of all major sales channels, he helped drive America’s Job Exchange to acquisition by Time Warner Cable in 2013.

As the Managing Director of Partnerships and Syndication for Salary.com, a leading compensation SAAS company, Tyler managed and developed 600+ direct online partners, comprising of 2500+ discrete sites. He built the online syndicated network from 90 to 600+ partners over 5 years, individually signing 400+ deals. Tyler was awarded the “Champions Award” in 2004 for re-igniting syndication, and through the success of the syndicated network, helped drive the Salary.com brand to a successful IPO in Feb 2007.

As the Director of Marketing and the 1st employee of WhoToChoose.com, a job posting technology engine, Tyler launched the site and guided the product development process before creating the marketing and sales strategy. Tyler established WhoToChoose.com as a leading job distributor in the e-recruiting space by building a job board distribution network to 1000+ sites. Tyler helped drive the company to acquisition by a leading recruitment advertising agency in 2004.

Tyler also served as the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Water Solutions, a Boston based environmental technology company, where he led all sales and marketing efforts for the company.

Before moving to the online sector, Tyler was an Adjunct Professor of History at Emmanuel College in Boston. Tyler holds a Master of Arts from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
